This area of land will be mainly focusing in offices, leisure, residential, retail, marina.
Investment of £204 million.
Development Area 10.5 hectares.
It will create 1110 jobs space.

Site A:
20m wide x 180 long
= 3,600m2
= 0.36 / hectare

The total area of both sites = 7,200m2 (0.72 hectare) max. No. /dwelling units = 72 = 100 units / hectare Borneo Sporenburg = 100 units / hectare
As part of the above brief a plot on the northern side of the Quay was allocated as part of Site B. The site is located on the west side of the site, overlooking a central grassy area between site B and the development opposite.
The plot is 6m in width, arranged with an 8m long back garden and 2m deep threshold space at the front of the garden. This gives a building footprint of 6m by 9m and a maximum height of 12m. The image below shows Site B in the north, with the individual plots marked out in red on the east of the peninsula, and the allocated plot marked in dark grey and the others in lighter grey.
Site A is to the south with the plots marked out in red and building marked in light grey.
